Our founder, James Mitchell, started Cerulean Blade after watching homeowners waste money on garden services that didn't understand Australian conditions. Too many companies applied overseas techniques that failed in our climate.

The first year was spent researching native species, testing drought-resistant methods, and learning what actually works in Australian soil. Those early experiments became the foundation of our current approach.

We built our reputation on honesty. If a client wanted something that wouldn't survive in their conditions, we said so and offered alternatives. That straightforward approach attracted clients who were tired of services that promised everything and delivered disappointment.
